For Your Info

Why Do We Need To Confirm the Online Order By Phone?

We do this to eliminate fraudulent orders, make sure your order is correct, and take care of miscellaneous items such as gate security codes, extra utensils, etc. We will contact you within minutes of your Online order (or well before your advanced Online order) to confirm the items and details of your order.

How Long Does It Take For Delivery?

Since each item is specially prepared for your order, delivery normally takes approximately 75 minutes. Occasionally, an order may take longer due to a variety of reasons, such as; larger orders, unusually busy restaurant kitchen, and traffic or road conditions. We strongly encourage customers with large delivery orders or time constraints to place their orders 24 hours or more in advance to ensure timely delivery. To ensure the safety of our Waiter/Drivers and the general public, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

How Much Should I Tip My Driver?

Our drivers take great measures to ensure your meal is complete, correct and delivered promptly. Therefore, we ask you to please consider your driver's efforts. Most customers tip at the same rate they would a server in a restaurant, usually 15% to 20%.  For orders over $100, a 12% gratuity will automatically be added.

What Is The Minimum Order?

Turbo Eats requires a $20.00 minimum food order per restaurant.    Note:  The delivery fee does not count towards the $20.00 minimum.

Why Do You Charge a Delivery Fee?

There are several factors involved in getting your meals delivered to you fast, hot and fresh:

Turbo Eats uses state-of-the-art computer equipment and custom designed software that helps us keep all your information on file so you don't have to repeat your address, location and directions every time you order. Your order is electronically dispatched to the kitchen of the restaurant you select.

Our sophisticated computer systems, special thermal carrying containers, two-way radio and messaging communication with all waiter/drivers, specialized training and fully itemized receipt all work together to ensure you receive your meal as fast as possible and in the best condition. Even better than if you had picked it up yourself.

When you consider your costs for gasoline, a babysitter, parking valet, and your time involved, we feel this is an exceptional value at $6.50 per restaurant.  The delivery fee is the same regardless of how much food you order.  You could order lunch for 100 people and pay only $6.50!

Can I Cancel My Order?

Since we electronically transmit your order to the restaurant, orders typically cannot be canceled once they are placed. However, if something unexpected occurs after placing the order, please contact one of our service representatives for assistance. Online orders will be confirmed by phone before being placed.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

We gladly accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are paying by credit card, please have the card number ready for your operator.

Is Your Menu Identical To The Restaurant's Take-Out Menu?

Selection may vary from the restaurant's in-house menu - some items may be excluded if they do not travel well (soups, beverages, sizzling platters, etc).  Pricing may also vary from the restaurant's in-house menu.  This is due to the costs associated with delivery (insurance, containers, gas, etc).

Do You Accept Restaurant Coupons?

Unfortunately, Turbo Eats does not accept restaurant coupons.  However, we will offer our own coupons from time to time, so check back often!

Special Deliveries

Deliveries outside normal business hours or outside the restaurant's delivery zone can be arranged for larger orders. Please call for details.
